Customs + Duties

Customs delays are out of our hands (but we’ll always get things moving as quickly as possible).

Customers outside Canada won’t see taxes at checkout, but any local duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility.

A note for U.S. customers: Because of shifting U.S. tariff rules, some orders may have extra import fees we can’t predict. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping For Returns + Exchanges

Most purchases are final sale, so returns and exchanges aren’t part of our usual flow. On the rare occasion we approve a return (like for a defective or incorrect order), we’ll cover the return shipping.
